Notwithstanding the foregoing, if as a result of a breach by User of the Legal Terms and Conditions, ry.pe was forced to pay fines, compensation or other compensation, arising from the implementation of an administrative or a judicial decision, Customer must reimburse the amount paid on such grounds.

Any dispute arising out of or related to use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Montevideo in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, in accordance with existing legislation in that country.
